I know a lot of you (okay, a few of you) have been wondering where I've been in the blogging world. Well to tell you all the truth, I've had a crazy last few months and I'm just now starting to feel relaxed and settled again.
A few of you may know, I've been having some ups and downs in Berlin. Being foreign and living somewhere is hard (both from a legal point of view and the whole idea of starting over). I've definitely had my fair share of depressing moments, but it's time to get my head out of those rain clouds and live a little! It's SUMMER for cryin' out loud!
I decided to make up for the past few months, I'm just going to photo bomb you guys.
I was in NY last month! I was definitely glad to be back. It doesn't matter how wonderful the places I go are, this city is home and forever will be.
The first few shots are taken from my friend Dylan's rooftop, and the others are just on my way to the Met, at the Met, and on top of the Met.
Speaking of Museums, a special guest and I went to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) to see the Rain Room.
It's Pingui! Or so I call him. It's actually Oli's penguin and he put him in my suitcase, so that he could see New York. Don't worry, Oli doesn't actually own stuffed animals like that, he just had this one for decoration somehow . . .
Anyway, looks like Pingui is having fun!
Of course, what is a trip to New York without some food porn!

I miss food in NY. So many vegan restaurants that taste great and aren't expensive! Of course, I'm not knockin' the Berlin food scene either. You know me, if I'm living somewhere, it's gotta have great food options.
